       ROOF toy drive delivers

       By Bobbie Bush
          Chehalis Tribe’s Public Safety
       Department recently completed
a toy drive for Rochester Roof
       Community Services. The last day
       to donate was Dec. 12.
          Each year, the department
       collects toys that are then
       disbursed through ROOF to
       help brighten Christmas for local
       children.
          Public Safety was in friendly
       competition with the Chehalis
       Tribal Gaming Agency for the
       department that brought in the
       most toys. The collection contained
quite a few very nice toys.
          Administrative Coordinator
       Mary Sanders said the Public
       Safety Department delivered toys
to ROOF on Dec. 13. ROOF stands
       for Rochester Organization of
Families, a nonprofit agency that The Public Safety Department
assists families in need. collected donations for ROOF.
