Cooking Class continued from Page 1... By Chris Franklin I am writing this letter to tell you about the wonderful lunch hour I spent with several other tribal employees during the Healthy Cooking Lunch Time presentation on March 27. I appreciated the fyers that I received via email as well as the friendly reminder from Christina Hicks. Myself and another coworker were able to attend and personally I enjoyed myself immensely. The food was wonderful, the company was lighthearted and the presentations were very informative. Pat Odiorne presented a wonderful dish for us to eat while she demonstrated how to prepare the dish.
