Tsapowum Chehalis Tribe Behavioral Health Center’s mission is to strengthen the health and well-being of individuals, families, and our community by providing accessible, compassionate, culturally responsive behavioral health services. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing, recovery, prevention, personal growth, and connection while empowering people on their journey toward becoming strong.

Substance Use Treatment

Mental Health Services
Mental Health services are provided based on availability, with priority given to: Chehalis Tribal members and community members, Members of other federally recognized Tribes, Employees, as provider capacity allows.
Our mental health providers offer individual therapy for 5+ and family therapy to support a variety of behavioral health needs, including:
- Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Grief and Loss
- Stress and Life Transitions
- Relationship and Family Concerns
- Other Behavioral and Emotional Health Needs
- Outside Referrals as needed
Care Coordination
- Assistance Connecting to Treatment and Community Resources
- Recovery and Wellness Support

- Support Navigating Behavioral Health Services
Domestic Violence & Victim Services
Confidential support and advocacy are available for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and other crimes, including:

- Support Connecting to Community Services
Prevention & Community Programs
- Youth Activities and Prevention Programs
- Behavioral Health Education and Outreach

Psychiatric Services
Psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and coordination with the Behavioral Health treatment team.
