Our Mission:
The Chehalis Tribal Housing Authority’s mission is to promote the wellbeing of the Chehalis Tribe’s communities and residents by providing sustainable and reliable housing to tribal members and their families, as well as, assist members in purchasing their own homes.

Low Income Housing and Rental Assistance Eligibility:
To qualify for admission, an applicant must submit a complete and signed application, with all information requested, and meet following conditions:
- Must be an enrolled Chehalis Tribal member, over the age of 18
- Be the head of his/her family, who is legally and financially responsible for the family, or a single person
- Be able to pass background screening and drug test
- Have an annual household income at or below 80% of the area median income
